Effectively work with customers to achieve efficient implementation and go live of new instrumentation. Retain business, collaborate with stakeholders. This is a field based position supporting the state of Louisiana and the Northeast Texas territory. The ideal candidate will reside or be willing to relocate to the territory. Extensive field travel is required - average 65-80% overnight stays.Primary Duties:Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of bioMerieux's Quality System.Coordinate and provide technical training, consultation, and ongoing support of bioMerieux's diagnostic product lines within the U.S. customer base.Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong professional relationships with all customers.Answer internal and external customer inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance through timely and accurate documentation in bioMerieux's CRM system; consulting as appropriate with Sales Partners, Application Specialists, Field/System Engineers, IT Resources, Management teams, and Local/Global Support Teams.Provide consistent follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and meet minimum key performance indicators.Responsible for efficient territory management within operating expense budget.Support bioMerieux revenue initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned, and/or as business needs dictate.Education, Skills, & Experience:Bachelor's degree in medical technology, technical, or life science field1+ years clinical laboratory experience Clinical Microbiology experience is highly preferredbioMerieux product experience highly preferred (Vitek, Virtuo, Myla)ASCP or MLT certifications preferredLaboratory Information System, or Connectivity/Networking experience a plus.Experience with guidelines with CLIA regulations and/or additional laboratory credentialing agencies preferred.Experience with related technical field applications support strongly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
