Your work as a Loss Control Consultant will play a crucial role in helping our municipal clients protect public safety and reduce risks, creating a lasting impact on the communities we serve.Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by conducting service visits, providing written evaluations, and offering tailored safety recommendations.Loss Control Expertise: Inspect workplace environments, identify risk exposures, and develop actionable strategies to mitigate losses.Training & Education: Deliver engaging safety training programs and presentations to enhance client awareness and compliance.Data Analysis: Monitor client loss trends through CCMSI's systems, conduct evaluations, and recommend proactive solutions.Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams to address exposure trends and develop future service plans.Documentation: Maintain accurate records in accordance with CCMSI's service standards.Qualifications:About YouCustomer Focused: You possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to build strong client relationships.Independent & Motivated: You thrive in a field-based environment, effectively managing your schedule and delivering exceptional service with minimal supervision.Technically Proficient: You have a background in occupational safety, risk management, or related fields, and are comfortable with data analysis and Microsoft Office.Education & Certifications: A degree in safety, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
