- Self-starter with a strong work ethic is required
- Knowledge of network management with the emphasis on Microsoft Network Operating Systems
- Working knowledge of Window Operating Systems
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Applications
- PC troubleshooting experience
- Experience in desktop hardware maintenance
