Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Field Manager at Global Resource Management in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. The Field Manager will be responsible for Coordinating field operations, Managing schedules, Training Staff, Supervising Projects, Facilitating compliance requirements in both the Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports, and Ensuring efficient communication among team members. This is a hands-on, roll up your sleeves type of position that also requires some travel. This is a hybrid position that includes both Supervisory and Fieldwork responsibilities.

Please have the following Skills/Experience:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Prior experience in field coordination or related roles
• Proficiency in Excel, Smart phones, Tablets, and PCs
• Training and Evaluation of Staff
• Knowledge of Market Research practices and regulations
• Ability to work independently, and meet specific goals
• Self-motivated with professional demeanor / attire
• The ability to travel to local airports regularly and other airports throughout the United States when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000 (60,000.00 + $10,000.00 in Quarterly Bonuses) per year

Schedule:

• Weekend availability

• Bonus pay
