The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Local Field Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement, and growth in key local markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing field marketing strategies, coordinating local events, and building relationships with community partners to boost brand visibility and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Local Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of localized marketing plans tailored to specific markets, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and brand guidelines
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute community events, sponsorships, and activations to drive brand awareness, engagement and leads
- Community Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and create mutually beneficial collaborations
- Field Campaign Execution: Deploy targeted campaigns across various channels (events, community/cause marketing, outdoor, etc.) to attract and retain customers in local markets
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the success of local marketing initiatives, using insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified and effective approach
- Team Management: Oversee a team of field marketers
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in field marketing, local marketing, or community engagement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
Preferred:
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies
- Knowledge of the local market and its unique characteristics
