SummaryThe Occupational Therapist employed by the Agency is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for occupational therapy services and for the adherence to all conditions outlined in their scope of practice.
Job QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual must be a graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited joinglty by the Committee on Allied Health Education, Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the Amerocan Occupational Therapy Association. Two years osf experience as an Occupational Therapist. Community/home health experience is preferred, possess and maintain current CPR certification, must have a valid Florida driver's license with a reliable automobile and minimum motor vehicle insurance as required by law.
