Our client is an all-in-one provider for industrial and commercial businesses requiring janitorial, HVAC-R, kitchen exhaust cleaning/repair and telecommunications based in Aurora, IL that services several states in the Midwest region. They are 30-year-old, minority woman-owned business, which takes great pride in their staff of experienced, highly trained and skilled technicians. You will be the deliberate point of contact between field operations impacting existing clients, new cliental, field technicians and company leadership. This role is pivotal in the minimization of the risks and hazards for the customers, optimization of equipment performance, and the reduction of energy costs.Creating a culture of safety and growth is a priority of this position for all field technicians. You will oversee employees in the field, ensuring top performance, safety and quality standards in all work being done.
