Job Description:

Superior Plus Propane is in search of an accomplished Field Operations Supervisor who will oversee the day-to-day activities of the customer service center. As the Operations Supervisor, you will be able to manage the customer service center while building profitable operations that emphasize growth and revenues and maintain a unified team of employees that can provide customer service to build and grow the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and operations experience.

What you'll do:

* Advise, supervise, and direct activities of the Customer Service Center (CSC) such as: inventory, credit, service and delivery).

* Ensure daily that the CSC is performing to budget and preparing future budgets; seek ways to improve performance and build customer base.

* Handle customer service issues, assuring customer service is performed to the highest standard.

* Maintain fleet and stay on top of inspections, comply with safety policies and procedures.

* Train and develop competent personnel.

* Other items as assigned.

What you bring:

* 5-10 years of operational management experience

* BA degree is strongly preferred

* Experience in the propane industry is strongly preferred. Relevant experience includes: waste management, pest control, construction, trucking.

* Proficient in Word and Excel; ability to understand, analyze and interpret a P&L statement;

* Customer service training, propane basics and plant operation courses.

* Supervision of Others

* Conflict resolution training is helpful

* Shared responsibility for coaching Sales Staff

* Direct responsibility for Service and Delivery managers, CSR's, Fleet maintenance/Dispatchers
