• Oversee the proper operation of equipment and driving operational efficiencies
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety policies
• Train Technicians I and II and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Ability to travel and be on-call for emergency response situations
• Supervise and manage project-related vendors and documentation
• Experience in industrial emergency response and Hazmat clean-up preferred
