We offer exciting career opportunities for talented and ambitious job seekers and encourage you to apply today.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Front-line direct field supervision of hourly construction and field service employeesAssist in overall operation and maintenance of construction pipelinePlan, schedule, and inspect the work of employeesRegular contact with customers to resolve gas service issues and to ensure appropriate customer service levelsConduct daily responsibilities while taking an active role in safetyCoordination of daily emergency response logisticsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Associate's Degree with concentrations in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management and supervisory/field experienceValid Driver's License with a clean driving recordMechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issuesAbility to prioritize and multitask daily responsibilitiesFlexibility to cover rotating emergency assignmentsComfortable interacting with others and communicating with supervisors, customers, and field personnelDemonstrated supervisory capability and the ability to quickly solve problemsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree with concentrations in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction ManagementABOUT NATIONAL FUEL:National Fuel is a diversified energy company headquartered near Buffalo, NY. We are dedicated to the communities in which we live and work and have nearly 2,000 employees in Western NY and Northwest PA.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:The base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $87,000, with an approximate 20% increase in base salary after one year of successful training.This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors.
