Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Support Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Testing hardware and software products.
- Submitting bug reports and tickets to development teams.
- Assisting in the development of product documentation.
- Coordinating product demonstrations for end-users during exercises, expos, and company events.
- Assisting in coordinating participation in DoD exercises.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Program Management, and Business Development.
This position is on-site at our San Antonio HQ, with no remote or hybrid options available. Travel, both domestically and internationally, is required up to 50% of the time.
Requirements:
- Local to San Antonio or willing to relocate
- Part 107 Certified
- 5+ years of experience piloting drones
- 5+ years of experience with TAK family of systems (ATAK, WinTAK, TAK Server)
- 5+ years of experience with Government/DoD operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently while improving existing processes
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Valid passport
Preferred Experience:
- Network certification within the last 5 years
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- Proficiency in software tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git
- Proficiency in Linux
- Experience in the robotics, aerospace, or defense industries
- Active DoD Security Clearance
