LMK Recruiting is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Field Project Manager to oversee and manage home improvement projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Site Management: Oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring that work is progressing according to schedule and specifications.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with project goals.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project, adapting plans as necessary to maintain progress.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring expenditures are within limits and reporting any variances to management.
Qualifications:
- Prior Field Project Mangement experience required
- Proven experience in project management within the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
