We currently have 2-3 openings within our Corporate Facilities Management Division for technicians of all experience levels. Whether you're entry-level or highly experienced, there's an opportunity for you to join our team.
Position Overview:As a Field Property Maintenance Technician, you'll perform a variety of maintenance tasks to keep our clients' commercial facilities in optimal condition. Your responsibilities will include light carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and troubleshooting electrical and plumbing issues. You'll be essential to maintaining the safety and functionality of our clients' facilities, with plenty of overtime opportunities available for those who are interested.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light carpentry, painting, sheetrock repair, and general repairs on commercial properties
- Conduct basic electrical and plumbing troubleshooting and repairs
- Address fire and water damage, ensuring facilities remain functional and safe
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to urgent repair requests
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory of tools and supplies
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are needed
- Uphold safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of carpentry, basic electrical, plumbing, and painting
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team
- Physical stamina to handle both indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks
Compensation:
- Salary: $50,000 to $100,000+ annually, depending on experience
