Invited Recruiters work directly with hiring managers at our Business Clubs and Golf Courses across the country to lead the successful execution of the company's recruiting strategy. This person will be responsible for fully cycle recruiting from posting positions and sourcing qualified candidates for key roles to successfully closing candidates. Additionally, this role will be responsible for providing effective/efficient strategies to build a talent pipeline and a ready bench of strong candidates, reducing days to fill for future openings. The position will be a hybrid remote/in-office position. Responsibilities:
  • Work with hiring managers and act like a Talent Strategist, not just a Recruiter
  • Responsible for posting open positions, screen candidates and making recommendations on viable candidates. Use all available resources including job boards, social media, passive talent outreach, referrals and networking to fill open positions.
  • Grow the pool of qualified candidates for key positions and future roles. Research, analyze and select effective sourcing methods to generate qualified candidate applicant flow
  • Assists with college recruiting strategies and key college relationships
  • Make recommendations on the company's recruitment strategy and employment activities within operations in the field and corporate office
  • Research and maintain relationships with outside vendors related to the employment function, including but not limited to, employment firms, Internet job boards, background check vendors and employment screening tools
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recruiting experience required with experience recruiting exempt level operators across a distributed workforce preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, with Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit passive talent using multiple methods
  • Knowledge and compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws as well as company expectations is required
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand how recruiting impacts the company's bottom line and performance
