- Provide initial/reassessment nursing assessments on all clients, following the guidelines set forth by the Department of Health
- Participate in audits by Agency and/or regulatory bodies
- Ability to create a Plan of Care (POC) that will fit the client s needs
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Work Environment:
