The primary responsibility of the Manager, Field Sales position isto coach, lead, manage, develop and train their teams to maximize the value of retail using the general manager mindset. They are responsible for ensuringthe achievement of NIM sales, trade, share and distribution objectives to drive HPT, Client Satisfaction, and develop future talent for the OpCos. Acts as the account point person responsible for key sales survey, distribution and display information at store level (where applicable).The territory covers Upstate New York, Northern PA and West New Jersey but does not included New York City.The role does require alot of overnight travel as it is a vast geography and two in market work withs per week are also required.

Conducts work withs to provide coaching and observe individuals in market execution
Lead People Development and Performance process for each direct report
Deliver results while adhering to Nestle SHE compliance expectation

The approximate pay range for this position is$95K - $110K base plus annual bonus.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
