We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.

Position Summary:

Make personal daily sales calls and solicit sales orders from existing and prospective customers to achieve Inside Sales goals. Provide Inside Sales department with information on sales prospects, account issues, and potential business opportunities.

  • Shift: Full-time, Monday – Friday with early start times
  • Pay: $22.50 per hour
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO and Paid Holidays

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily visits to customers (for each customer on call list)
  • Establish visit objective(s)
  • Conduct business review
  • Product quality/rotation check
  • Check store set/POS opportunities
  • New product information
  • Capture competitive information
  • Customer service survey
  • Update customer information with the Inside Sales team
  • Participate in location sales meeting(s)
  • Participate in Inside Sales Meeting(s) via phone or in person as required
  • Any other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience
  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
