Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Specialist at ODYSSEY. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication with customers, sales activities, lead generation, and managing sales operations on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

  • Create, build, and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and retailers to grow the Odyssey portfolio in assigned territory.
  • Identify and sell into new retail accounts.
  • Communicate with our distributor partners to ensure in-trade execution with upcoming promotional programs as well as marketing activations.
  • Execute an in-store sampling program.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers for chain or independent accounts in the market.

Qualifications/Skills

The Field Sales Specialist will be mainly responsible for sales operations and marketing efforts in a specific territory and ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating with the retail accounts regularly. You will establish positive relationships with customers, sell the company's products and services, resolve customer issues and queries.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or marketing, preferably with a beverage Company.
  • Prior working experience as a Field Sales Specialist or in another sales role.
  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools related to sales activities.
  • Excellent market research and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
