Purpose As a Field Service Specialist for REPCO's Nutritional Business Unit, you will drive growth by identifying opportunities and fostering relationships within the nutrition sectors including beverages, supplements, vitamins, and nutritional powders. You will work closely with clients to provide customized nutritional ingredient solutions, ensuring their specific formulation needs are met. This role requires extensive travel across the U.S. to engage with customers, present products, and support the sales cycle.Essential Functions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets within the nutritional ingredient market.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on food manufacturers, and dietary supplement producers.
- Present REPCO's tailored nutritional ingredient solutions and demonstrate the value they bring to clients' product formulations.
- Stay informed of industry trends, nutritional regulations, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with REPCO's product development and technical teams to ensure client needs are addressed.
- Maintain detailed sales activity records and manage customer interactions using CRM software.
- Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand REPCO's market presence.
- Responsible for following all good manufacturing practices, applicable HACCP principles, laws and statutory regulations/guidelines in alignment to ISO 17025, monitoring CCP's, sanitation record keeping to promote and ensure a safety culture.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in outside sales, particularly in the food or nutrition sector.
- Familiarity with nutritional ingredient sourcing and formulation is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
