Description Position Title: Field Service Associate/Driver*Previous experience driving a company box truck or being in a field customer service role is a huge plus!Salary/Benefits - Total Rewards:Total Cash - $21-23/hr.base pay plus OT and variable compensation.Sign On Bonus: $2500.00.On-call rotating shift - alternating every other weekend.Benefits - Competitive medical, vision, dental, etc. insurance and award-winning 401k plan.Paid time-off - 15d PTO, 12 holidays (8 standard/4 floating), birthdayPaid Training and Development - We support the development and growth of our employees through constant growth opportunities.Location: Alexandria, LA, Louisiana, US - United StatesFull-time shift schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 11:00 am - 7:30 pm plus rotating on-call coverage.Position Details:The Field Service Associate is responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, delivery and pick up of medical equipment that is used on rental basis by local hospitals and nursing homes. This position is based in our Alexandria service center but will involve local driving to and from area medical facilities using company vehicles.Day-to-day functions:Prepare medical equipment and documentation for deliveryLoad and unload medical equipmentDrive 26-foot box truck to make deliveries and pick-upsProcess delivery and pick-up documentation as requiredMaintain vehicle appearance by ensuring all routine vehicle maintenance is completed and records maintainedClean and disinfect medical equipment to Arjo quality standardsPresent highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactionsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMUST HAVE clean driving recordTwo(2) years of experience within the service or operations fieldTwo(2) years of experience in front-line customer serviceLifting up to 30 pounds; pushing and pulling objects up to 75 poundsAbility to drive a work truckAbility to work with solvents and cleaners to disinfect products in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
