Job Description The Field Services Representative General (construction) is responsible for the delivery of world class service to our customers by performing operation and maintenance functions on the Company's distribution assets including, but not limited to, water mains, services, and hydrants.
- Efficiently performs repairs on below ground assets including mains, services, etc. within the required specifications.
- Performs activities to maintain distribution assets including flushing mains, hydrant upkeep, service boxes, etc.
- Installs assets including mains, hydrants, services, and meters.
- Maintains Company facilities including snow plowing, tree work, road repair, property upkeep and dam maintenance.
- Performs customer service work including meter installations, valve operations, meter reading, and investigative work.
- Performs customer service activities associated with service delivery and the maintenance of customer accounts.
- Performs call before you dig activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performs cross connection inspection and testing in compliance with the State Department of Health.

Minimum Qualification - High School Diploma or GED.
- Six months or more of related experience.
- Valid Driver's License, CDL preferred.
- Proven mechanical abilities.
- Must possess aptitude to work standby schedule. This includes responding outside of normal business hours to respond to urgent service delivery issues. This could include performing maintenance of customer accounts, resolving problems related to distribution system or other urgent service delivery problems.
- General computer skills.
