Help us deliver top-notch service to our customers by coordinating repairs and service requests for Caterpillar construction equipment. In this vital role, based at our Willis, TX location at 16150 TX-75, Willis, TX 77378, you'll ensure seamless operations and satisfaction for every client.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate Field Repairs: Schedule technicians to provide timely service
- Manage Communication: Keep customers and sales reps updated on repair status
- Organize Parts & Orders: Coordinate parts orders and component repairs
- Oversee Field Expenses: Track technician overtime and service costs
- Support Customers: Address concerns and resolve complaints promptly
- Handle Work Orders: Open, edit, and invoice work orders accurately
What We're Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of dispatching experience in a service industry
- Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and computer skills
- Organized & Self-Motivated: Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
