Field Service EngineerThe Field Service Engineer is a member of the Customer Support Department and is responsible for the installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of Makino machinery at customer locations. We are seeking customer focused professionals with a positive attitude and great customer service skills. Company vehicle provided, OT after 8 hours, training and relocation provided for you to become one of the best Service Engineers in the industry.Responsibilities:* Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment* Provide on-site technical support to clients* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues* Perform preventative maintenance on equipment* Train clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment* Document all service and repair activities* Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfactionRequirements:* Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Engineer* Experience with CNC installation and repair* Experience with industrial maintenance repair* Strong problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Willingness to travel to client sites as neededCertifications, Licenses and Registrations* Valid Driver's License.We believe that the interests of our company and people are inseparable, and we are committed to developing a diverse team of creative and independent professionals.
