Electromechanical Field Service EngineerJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to service 3M license plate manufacturing equipment at correctional facilities nationwide. This position involves up to 60% travel and requires strong expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems.Key Responsibilities:- Service, maintain, and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment.- Provide on-site and remote support for license plate manufacturing machinery.- Work with electrical systems ranging from 480VAC 3-phase power to small DC voltages.- Deliver exceptional customer service by collaborating effectively with team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Offer phone support to customers when not traveling.Qualifications:- Formal training in electrical and electronics is required.- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in electromechanical systems.- Must possess an easy-going, patient personality and a strong commitment to customer service.- Ability to travel up to 60%.This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a customer-centric environment and is looking to apply their technical skills on the road.
