Applicant should show desire to learn and advance to the Field Service Engineer level.We are looking for a Regional Field Service Engineer in the Northeast, USAKey Responsibilities:•Qualified to work independently on ATS preventative maintenance, startup and basic troubleshooting•Fundamental understanding of communications protocols such as modbus, TCPIP and capable verifying communication links to Russelectric equipment•Capable of writing method of procedures (MOPs) documentation related to ATS mods and start-ups to submit to customers in preparation of work•Provide professional and timely field reports to customer, manager and other internal partners•Track time entry and expenses accurately, consistently and timely•Capable of assisting with installation of 480VAC/12.47KVAC, switchgear, ATS, circuit breakers and generator system controls.•Providing technical support for field startups (standard & non-standard systems), warranty efforts, remedial repairs and preventative maintenance contracts•Supervising and ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, guidelines and laws.•Applicant must carry a cell phone and be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.•Focus on work related to automatic transfer switches•Provide technical support of field startups (standard and non-standard systems), warranty efforts, remedial repairs, and preventative maintenance contracts•Supervising and ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, guidelines and laws•Conduct client communication in a highly customer service-oriented manner and potentially expand the scope of project work as well as negotiate any extra charges associated with work performed•All work and decisions shall be conducted in strict compliance of all regulatory laws•Travel requirements: Up to 80% travel
