The Field Service Engineer is responsible for working to commission and maintain commercial inverters in the field. Duties include commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and analyzing commercial inverter applications, regular working with high voltage electricity, and maintaining excellent customer service activities while in the field at customer sites. They are looking for candidates with strong electrical or electronic backgrounds and any network communications is a plus. You will work from home and travel to customer sites throughout the week. Overnight travel is low but occasional. Compensation is $50 - $60k plus overtime, competitive benefits, company vehicle, gas card, laptop, tools, and Per diem when traveling (total compensation is $75k+). Live anywhere in Connecticut or Massachusetts.
