We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world's toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, making sure our food is safe or helping find cures for cancer.Discover Impactful WorkWe are searching for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to repair, install, maintain and update all Thermo Fisher hardware and automation products under the BEA division, along with consulting at customer sitesA Day in the lifeProvide instruments and equipment services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services.Chip into high-value service-related procedures and documents.Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience.Help to cultivate customer satisfaction through ensuring prompt customer response times and problem resolution.Provides up-to-date service reporting on customer activities.Perform commissioning and qualification of equipment by completing Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Installation/Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) Protocols.Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers in assigned territory.Help Service Sales Representative on service orders.Support product quality improvement.Be member of service optimization projects.Keys to SuccessEducationBachelor's degree or above, major in computer technology, E/E, Automation, or biology, chemistry is preferable.Experience2+ years of experience in Bioprocessing, Automated bioproduction, Bioproduction equipment design/maintain/software control, Bioprocessing chromatography and other relevant techniques desired.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesIdentify, recommend, and prioritize improvements to the customer experience, as well as internal process improvements and work with appropriate internal & external partners to implementDelta V or other control software experience is a plus.Outstanding teammate, who can work with counterparts and customers across the world.Self-motivated, self-starter with strong communication skills.Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, PC hardware and desktop application products.Well oral and written English skill.Able and willing to travel extensively.BenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
