You will be joining a team that really is essential in maintaining and enhancing both pre- and post-sale customer relationships, being the link between our production facility and our long-standing customers. Our Field Service Team is at the heart of what we do!Here are some of the responsibilities of the position:* Finalize system manufacture (configure and calibrate) in-house* Service, calibrate, and upgrade system on customer's site* Troubleshoot system functions both in-house and on customer's site* Train users on how to efficiently operate the equipment* Evaluate and troubleshoot system performance both in-house and on customer's site* Evaluate products through quality control procedures* Serve as project leader* Develop documentationRequirementsThe ideal candidate for this role will have the following:* B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field* 3+ years hands on experience* Knowledge of Python, C, etc., is a plus* Knowledge of Electrical Schematics, Multimeter, Oscilloscope, MS Suite,* Great aptitude and attitude* Works well alone and as part of a great team* Travel up to 30% is a MUSTBenefits* Company sponsored benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D insurance, disability and flexible spending account (FSA)* Voluntary Critical Illness & Accidental Injury Insurance* Company 401(k) Plan with 4% employer match (Employee/Employer Contributions 100% vested upon hire)* Paid vacation and holidays* The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience.
