THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Join our team as Field Service Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily onsite support of our customers with CDI Laser Engraving Equipment (Digital Flexo).

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Perform onsite services at Esko customers, including:

  • New installations

  • Operator training

  • Electrical, mechanical, laser optics repairs

  • Preventative maintenance

  • Field upgrades and machine software upgrades

  • Traveling up to 90% (local travel: 50% overnight travel: 50%)

  • Customer-oriented skills and with good ability to clearly communicate progress

  • Excellent record keeping (service reports and spare parts) and follow up

  • A hands-on, proactive approach and can work independently

  • Ability to work under stress of deadlines and down equipment

  • Flexibility to travel with overnight stays.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Secondary school experience in electrical/mechanics/technical field and or work experience or equivalent military training

  • 2 years' experience installing- maintaining copier printing, industrial or military equipment

  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical problems

  • Good working knowledge of PC hardware, driver install (video, network, HDD …)

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $29.00 - $33.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
