Our client is looking to hire a Field Service Representative for North Carolina, South Carolina, NE Georgia & Eastern Tennessee. The Field Service Representative supports dealers in an assigned region in preventing and solving after sale service issues for products. This client is looking for an employee that lives in one of the states in the service region. RESPONSIBILITIES: Solve customer service needs with required urgencyUnderstand the product line and service needsServe as the after sales service rep for dealers and customers for an assigned regionCommunicate in person or answer calls and respond to inquiries regarding questions on after sales service, parts, product uses or applicationsConduct training presentations aimed at teaching dealer personnelSupport the sales activities and goals of the Territory Manager in the regionAssist with new product introductions and relay market trendsCommunicate with and advise dealership service management on a quarterly basisConduct product evaluation for assigned products in development in the assigned region DESIRED PROFILE: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Mechanics or Agricultural Engineering Technology is preferredKnowledge of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, welding and torch cuttingAbility to communicate with dealers, customers and other employees to share information and solve problemsValid drivers licenseInterested in this Opportunity?
