Field Service Specialist- NeuroLocation: Atlanta, GAWe have an exciting new opportunity! Natus Medical is looking for a Field Service Specialist to join our team. In this position you will install, maintain, consult, train and service the entire Neurology product line of Neurodiagnostic Devices and Software. This position requires significant travel and ability to work independently. Geography for the Primary role covers areas as needed within United States.What you'll get to do in this role:* Plan, manage and perform small to large neurology installations.* Perform preventative/routine maintenance or field dispatched service on installed equipment.* Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair PC, network and proprietary hardware and software issues.* Diagnose and analyze causes of product failures, reporting findings and making recommendations for improvement by providing feedback to Engineering, Operations and other cross functional teams.* Provide customer training as part of an installation or at a scheduled customer training class at the customer site or at Natus offices.* Attend technical and general skills development training courses* Have direct interaction with customers to build relationships, establish communications and promote Natus.What we are looking for: Basic qualifications* College Diploma, University Degree or equivalent work experience in related area such as IT , medical systems support or medicine/biology* 5 years of relevant field service experience performing installations, training, and troubleshooting. Medical Device experience preferred* Understanding of Networks structure, controls and troubleshooting.* Previous Field Service travel for jobPreferred Skills:* Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), MCSE or A+* SQL Server administration, Database administration* Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems* Microsoft Server Operating Systems, active directory, group policies* IT tools for imaging and asset management, Enterprise Anti-Virus* Network infrastructure and planning* Familiarity with Data and Citrix ServersOther Requirements:* Must hold a valid driver's license and have a driving record showing zero felony convictions and less than three moving violations in the previous three years.* Ability to travel through airports unrestricted.* Acquire and maintain any medical requirements/ Vaccinations and documentation as needed to access customer sites.Travel Required: 100% travel Monday-Friday to various sites in and around your territory.Compensation and Benefits:* Comprehensive benefit package that starts on your 1st day!*
