Job Description:
One of Insight Global's clients are looking for a Field Service Technician to sit at their partner's site in Nashville, IL. Primary responsibilities will consist of being the liaison between the client and the company for all paint and coating needs, inventory, etc. More specifically, they will be responsible for monitoring and tracking on-line performance and incoming quality for processing color and appearance criteria. Additional responsibilities will include but not limited to:- Assisting in material adjustments on batches and samples- Perform QC tests on materials- Troubleshooting technical errors with Paint production- Track and document process and/or robot program changes for product performance improvement- Complete necessary reports to track company performance at client siteWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
