The Role
This job description is an overview of the roles and responsibilities of the Field Operations Engineer who will be a part of the Operations team. This team member will report to the Operations Manager and will work closely with a variety of internal teams. The success of this role will profoundly impact our customers, coordinating and installing autonomous robots.
Overview
The Field Operations Engineer will be the go-to contact for each customer in a specified region. This position is responsible for the installation of robots at customer sites and providing side-line support for teammates' customers as well. This position is built around delivering supreme customer service and support. The Field Engineer is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and excellent communication skills are a must. The Field Engineer will also coordinate with multiple internal teams, helping teammates across the country.
