Are you ready to help us make the future?The Honeywell Building Solutions East regionservice organization seeks a Field Service Supervisor to oversee the teamsupporting a key customer, the Office of General Services, New York State, basedin Albany NY. This is a hands-on role pivotal in the successful delivery ofservices to OGS and other State agencies in and around the capital district andNew York state.You will apply your leadership skills to driveteam performance and customer service delivery levels. You will ensureengagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment andsales growth through close collaboration with the dedicated account manager.You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customerproblems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You willdrive and improve reporting procedures and collaborate with the district SeniorFSS on financial results, targets and budgets and administer the New York Statepurchasing contract. You will lead quick and effective closure of anyimprovement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicatethose to stakeholders. You will act as mentor to train and develop future leaders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team activities and performance while maintaining hands on delivery activities
  • Develop team and team members
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement through performance and business growth
  • Assign and supervise service, spot and project work
  • Collect, reconcile and report operational metrics to the SFSS and the customer liaison

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,800 - $121,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Technical certificate in the electrical, controls or IT related field or 5 years of experience working in HVAC, fire alarm
  • and/or security systems domain.
  • 2 years of contract or projectexperience including financial oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, leadership and peers.
