Principal Responsibilities:As a Field Service Supervisor, you will lead by example, supervising our field operatives and ensuring they have the support and resources they need to excel. From conducting safety checks to resolving technical problems, you will be the go-to person for all things related to field operations. Your role will involve project management on larger projects, providing mentorship and training to our team, and serving as a liaison between field operatives and our planning team. With opportunities to work on a variety of projects, from repairs and inspections to installations and warranty work, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities for growth.To succeed in this role, you will need to maintain a good driving record and be comfortable working at heights. Flexibility is key, as you may need to work varying overtime and be available for on-call duty as part of our service office rotation. Vision, the company will pay $0 for insurance in 2025 if you participate in the wellness program in 2024- Per diem: $45 a day when traveling or staying overnight- Profit sharing- A 401k, company matches 100% of the first 4% of employee deferral and 50% of the next 2% of employee deferral- 40 hours sick leave- 80 hours vacation: - 10 company holidays- Tuition reimbursement- Company truck is provided for personal and work useTravel is local with maybe 2-4 nights a month spent away from home.
