Description Work with experienced B&W TA's to perform a variety of complex technical field assignments involving the installation, Inspection, modification, testing or troubleshooting of air pollution control products and equipment.
Perform field service operations that may involve testing and verification of equipment and unusual problems requiring strong technical skills.
Develop technical writing skills that will result in the TAiT being a competent detailed report writer regarding problems encountered, tests performed and work completed.
Work with Sr. TA's to assist in planning and coordinating team efforts.
Support Sales efforts, including assisting in presentations when needed.
Often work non-standard schedules at field locations with exposure to varying environmental conditions.
Learn how to work independently to accomplish tasks and effectively manage time to coordinate multiple jobs.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, applying acquired knowledge and experience to resolve problems.
Be adaptable to a changing work environments and able to cope with delays or unexpected events.
Qualifications
Associates or Technical School degree applicable to air pollution control equipment applications in industries served by B&W or 2-4 years working in an industrial environment aligned with B&W TA duties and skill sets.
Willingness to learn and perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
