Our client is a leader in automated parking and security control systems seeking field service tech to serve locations in NY and NJ. Work from home. In this role you will work with facilities managers and subcontractors to install, commission, and troubleshoot automated parking revenue solutions systems. Bringing your electronics and mechanical experience to the table, you will learn computer networking, fiberoptics and a variety of software and system integration skills. They are seeking an exceptional individual with talent and ability in both the Electro-Mechanical and Information Technology disciplines. If you enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting on a wide variety of computer-based and electro-mechanical systems, this could be an excellent career for you.Duties for this position would include technical support and service of parking control systems. Supported devices would include automatic pay stations, intercom systems, access control systems, LPR, revenue control systems, barrier gates, ticket dispensers, Serial and Ethernet communications, and troubleshooting network/computer systems.
