Come be part of Everi's fun and supportive team and learn from the best in the field!**You will be primarily servicing Columbus, OH, with occasional support in Cincinnati, OH, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.**What Will You Be Doing?
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all gaming devices on the casino premises, while providing the best customer support possible.
- Provides technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
- Assist with diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
- Troubleshoot to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis on Everi products.
- Preventive maintenance, relocating, and installation of equipment.
Skills & Qualifications for the Job:Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Maintain a Gaming License (requirements vary by location; upon hire, Everi's internal team will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
- Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts, with the potential for overtime, weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed.
- Ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys learning and is comfortable working independently (after training), while contributing as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and completing paperwork.
Nice-to-have's:
- Hardware/network/technical experience is a plus!
- Troubleshooting experience in any Technician Field.
