Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide mechanical installation, repair and maintenance service on our machineries to our customers sites
- Responsible for maintenance & operating training to customer representatives
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose for malfunctioning machinery cases, whether mechanical, electronic/electrical, and/or pneumatic
- Service intervention directly to customer sites in order to make all necessary arrangements to ensure the efficient and successful problem resolution
- Service Reporting
- Establish a good working relationship with customers on all sites
- Ensure the Company polices, and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times
- Ensure company equipment is kept secure at all times
Job Requirements
- Ability to travel domestically 90-100% Monday Friday
- Must live within 1-hour of an airport
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical service interventions mainly on industry machineries
- Technical Diploma or Equivalent work experience
- Troubleshooting ability
- Mechanical, electronic/electrical, and pneumatic principles knowledge
- Expertise in the use of mechanical and electrical measuring instruments
- Problem solving attitude
- Strong command of the English language
