PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work closely with customer field representatives to effectively execute NOV Frac Plug operations.
* Facilitate onboarding of NOV Frac Plug Products across all basins in the United States.
* Provide field technical support to customers for NOV Frac Plug Products.
* Make routine field visits to refresh WL on handling, Make Up, and Running of NOV Frac Plug Products.
* Assist with development and implementation of new product offerings, i.e. gathering information, field implementation strategies, etc.
* Initiate incident investigations, report up in timely manner, and partake in devising a solution.
* Have the ability to assemble/disassemble, clean, inspect, rebuild, and inspect NOV WLAK per the applicable NOV Work Instructions.
* Report all Jobs through the NOV FMS software.
* Ensure reporting of any field or technical issues are conveyed to management and sales team.
* Be available for office visits with OPS as needed, accompany sales if needed for key visits and sit in on Engineering visits when discussing field reported on issues.
* When on location, observes the condition of all NOV equipment, and reports any deficiencies accordingly.
* Help to ensure housekeeping is kept to the highest standard every day.
* Maintains the highest level of professionalism and works with honesty and integrity, maintaining Customer Service.
* Any other duty, responsibility, or task assigned by manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Proficiency with basic hand tools.
* Wireline, Fishing, Coil or Completion Tools equivalent: 5 years (Required)
* Strong technical background working with downhole tools utilized in pump down operations, including wireline setting tools, frac plugs, and perforating guns.
* Available to work weekends and holidays as needed to support customer field operations.
* Self-motivated and detail oriented.
* Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication, and operational management skills.
* Wireline or downhole experience is a must.
* Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and FMS software.
* Forklift training.
* Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
