Job DetailsJob Location: AAON Tulsa - Tulsa, OKPosition Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $22.99 - $34.49 HourlyJob Shift: DayJob Category: SalesDescriptionJob Summary: Assist in servicing products and equipment at customer locations, performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:* Assists in servicing products and equipment.* Identifies, analyzes, and performs routine repairs on instruments and products at customer locations.* Performs routine preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications.* Determines parts needed for repairs and their timely order.* Maintains inventory stock and equipment, documents service-related activities.* Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer sites.QualificationsEducation and Experience Requirements:High School Diploma. Associate or Technical degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred. 1 to 2 years' experience working in a customer service role or related position preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:* Proficiency in all MS Office programs.* Proficient in MS Office programs* Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.* Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication abilities.* Capable of working independently and collaboratively* Pay high attention to detail.* Possesses strong multitasking and organizational skills.Work Environment and Essential Physical Functions:* Drive a vehicle for up to 95 percent of the hours worked.* Maintain company vehicle (oil and fluid changes, tires, alignments, tune-ups, etc.)* Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.* Lift up to 50lbs.* Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.Disclaimer:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
