Field Service Technician III
: Job Details :

- Participates in semi-complex equipment installation, trial runs, investigative tests, repairs and overhauls- Participates in training customers on semi-complex products and services- Performs semi-complex maintenance on tools, test equipment, and maintains documents of all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures- Participates in responding to semi-complex service or systems calls- Participates in the assessment of semi-complex product/equipment performance based on field support data and recommends modifications or improvements- Perform daily rounds and readings then discuss changes with the customer- Deliver, and set up equipment per the customer's request- Perform routine exchanges of DI water systems- Review and record readings on RO and Lab water systems- Assist with trouble shooting of various water systems- Perform repairs as needed- Promotes safe work practices and ensures high levels of customer service are met to drive profitability and growth$26 - $32 per hourAverage 10 hours overtime a weekFull benefits along with car, tablet, and cell provided.
