* In general, begin your day from your home location and report to the distribution facility only as needed.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform quality installation and service work on all vehicle wash equipment and accessories, including troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems to provide personalized customer service.
* Develop and maintain rapport with our customer base and partner with the customer to make beneficial recommendations regarding the technical maintenance of their state-of-the-art equipment
* Ensures all information is entered into the company computer system per training requirements
* Daily travel in the service area is required
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Technical school education preferred
* A minimum of 3 years of electrical experience
* Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills
* Available to work overtime
* Have a valid driver's license
* Car wash installation and service experience preferred
* Complete required safety training, safely perform tasks and follow safety policies
* Wear specified personal protective equipment as needed throughout the shift, which may include steel/composite toe work boots, safety glasses and/or protective gloves
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively work with a diverse team.
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English to follow written and verbal instructions/direction
Work Environment
* Work near moving mechanical parts
* Exposure to fumes or airborne particles
* May work in a humid environment
* Moderate noise level from automobiles and other equipment
Physical Demands
* The ability to push and pull up to 75 lbs.; the ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
* Position requires standing, walking, bending, and frequent use of hands
* Position requires the ability to go up and down a ladder frequently
* Must be able to work at a sustained pace
Salary Description
$23 - $28/hr
