Our company's HQ are based in Miami, FL., but we work in multiples states. We are currently looking for skilled Field Service Technicians to work throughout Florida, and possibly Georgia and South Carolina on a need basis. Candidate MUST meet the following criteria:

Possess minimum 5 years of verifiable construction experienceCandidate must have knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office (willing to train)Must be willing to travel and stay overnight on occasionsOwn toolsAccurately read blueprintsAt least some supervisory experienceReliable transportationHigh attention to detailWork well independently and interdependentlyClean driving recordClean backgroundAbility to carry at least 50LbsAbility to stand/move around for long periods of timeAbility to climb ladders up to 30ft.Basic electrical, basic carpentry, drywall install/repairs and skim, stucco and EIFS repair, painting, door install, closers, interior and exterior building repairs
