Field Service Tech Requirements
Qualifications: To thrive as a Field Service Technician at WCTractor, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for insurance purposes
* Proven Field Service experience and a strong mechanical aptitude
* The ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand on your feet for up to eight hours a day
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
* While a technical degree is preferred, it's not required. We value experience and potential.
