This particular job profile requires the worker to have the proper basic education and a general working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment. The role of Refrigeration/ Hot Side Technician is critical to the success of our customers businesses. You'll be tasked with troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining and installing multiple line of cooking equipment and refrigeration. Our management team is proactive when it comes to training. We know that one person can't know it all, so we work to make sure our technicians are provided up to date training as it pertains to their jobs.
