Resound Networks is a growing wireless internet service provider (WISP) that is servicing cities and rural communities throughout Texas and New Mexico. We are a team-oriented organization that focuses on delivering outstanding service for our customers and are looking for an organized and driven professional to join our team as an Installation/Service Technician.
Bring your computer, electrical, maintenance/repair, general labor, cable, military, customer service and/or customer relationship experience to Resound Networks and join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
* Installs new customers and complete documentation of installation
* Serve existing customer with Service Calls at the customer's house
* Maintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions for problems as well as educate customers on WIFI and WIFI solutions for each individual home
* Upkeep of company and customer equipment by following operation instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies; performing preventative maintenance
