Their commitment to service is second to none and they offer the quickest service response times: AM call PM response, seven days a week.That's where you come in...The company is currently seeking talented techs with electrical and mechanical backgrounds to join the team as Field Service Technicians in three different service regions. This critical customer-facing role is a great fit for a mature maintenance professional that appreciates the challenge of troubleshooting and can organize preventative maintenance on-schedule. The day to day role is to visit customer sites and perform preventative maintenance, upgrade systems and provide specialized training to customer maintenance and operations teams. This position is self-scheduled with critical prioritization required on demand should a customer's equipment fail. Ability to accurately assess the maintenance problem, analyze fault, and communication solutions accurately to the customer is a must. Also, integrity and honesty in all interactions. This team is leading the industry through service and they understand that this in no small part due to their excellent service team. The team installs and maintains state of the art car wash automation and technology. They are looking for long-term team members interested in growing with the company!Working hours: Monday - Friday typically 9:00 am - 5:00 pm reporting from home. 50 hours guaranteed per week and everything after 40 hours is at the time and a half overtime. Compensation: Hourly Rate Depending on Experience + Overtime at time and half (doorstep to doorstep) + the organization offers a 3% simple IRA match, 2 weeks' vacation and 1 week sick pay after your first year, company service van with all necessary parts, tools and equipment including company laptop and phone, and the comfort and convenience of being dispatched from home! You will make between $55 - $65k+ your first year.Location: Work from home from the following areas:- Hampton Roads, VA (7 Cities) - Gettysburg, PA (Harrisburg, York, Hagerstown areas)- DC/Northern, VA - (Fredericksburg area is ideal)
