Our client's mission is to serve the agricultural and commercial industries in the Southeast; through design, construction and repair of feed mills, grain systems, material handling systems, dust control systems, pollution control systems, industrial manufacturing plants and industrial processing plants. In this Field Service role your travel is mostly local within the Southeast region of the US. You will be required to live near Blakey, GA to work in the shop if needed. A company service vehicle will be provided.There will be formal OJT, so direct industry experience is not necessary. The candidate needs to have a clean cut in your military appearance and have knowledge and experience in both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair, and can understand the use of electrical and mechanical testing instrumentation, electrical schematics and power distribution.- On-site field service of grain dryers and heaters, all makes and models (GSI, Super B, Sukup, MIC, Farm Fans, Delux, A.T. Ferrell)- On-site field service of seed treating and coating equipment, all make and models (USC Seed Treating Solutions, Gustafson, Bayer, KSI)- Be responsible for your service truck and parts / tool inventory - Troubleshoot customer described issues and make necessary on-site repairs- Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.- Document processes and repair reports using Word and ExcelYour standard work week will be Monday - Friday 730am ? 430pm, 65 hours plus, during in season work. (January - April) and (June - August)Industry experience or strong technical backgrounds are a plus.Base salary, full benefits.
