Be the subject matter expert for this company's high-tech equipment used in food processing operations (industrial scales, x rays, metal detectors, touch screens and labelers). Provide service for scheduled jobs, emergency repairs and installations. Great opportunity to leverage your electronics skills and learn automation and network based controls. Train at their headquarters in Richmond VA for 6 months to a year then relocate to one of the great locations where you will service clients in your territory. Opening for Los Angeles will not have to train Richmond, rather will be with other Techs in Los Angeles. Openings currently in Ohio and Los Angeles. Must be open to travel, most travel will be within region with around 50 percent overnight travel and occasional weekends. Salaried position + overtime (get paid for a minimum of 40 hr week regardless of whether there is work or not). Compensation starts at $50k for training and will be $60k plus once you complete training. Base will be adjusted for higher cost of living areas. You will also receive company vehicle, laptop, phone and necessary tools. In order to be competitive for this role you will need to have strong electronic troubleshooting skills and be great at solving problems for customers.
